Turns out the gun was only a replica of an M-15 assault rifle, but it looked like the real thing to the panicked bystanders who frantically called police. Her punishment? Virtually nothing, she and her parents were given a “strong talking to” by police and no further action will be taken. Why the hell not?

Pointing what appears to be an assault weapon at people in a hospital would get anyone else jail time. But when you’re part of the “protected class,’ you get away with potential murder.
